Participants should expect to run, climb, jump & crawl through the obstacles set up along the race course. Besides the standard obstacles – commando crawl, wall climb , etc. – that participants need to complete, local twist to the obstacle will also be introduced to showcase a truely unique “Sabahan” style obstacle event.

What to train for?
The standard obstacle race requires participants to have all-around fitness.
Do have variety in your training. Your basic training should cover
Upper body / Grip strength training – Pull-ups ; To pull yourself up over any wall/rope obstacles.
Cardio training – To build up your Endurance.
Strength/Weight training – build up your strength to carry those heavy objects.
